Understanding Macros
What are MACROS and why are they important? Because what we eat is as important as how much we eat and how often we eat. We understand counting MACROS can be overwhelming and exhausting to understand and do for some. That's why we discuss what works for you and what doesn't, we have one on one conversations weekly, we have menu plans, recipes, and ideas to make both MACROS and/or HABIT based programs easy and successful for you.
Food choices and why it impacts
What we eat is as important as when and how much we eat. Depending on our current health, activity level, stress level and lifestyle each persons regimen will be different. Additionally, our bodies break down and utilize foods differently and at different paces. So what we put in affects gut health, weight gain, energy levels, moods and so much more. When we learn to eat to live versus live to eat, our bodies start to change as does our relationships with food.
About Us
We listen to you and start with habits, food choices, lifestyle, overall stress levels and from there we start to build your program. By asking questions and getting input from you we can better understand your goals and speedbumps. Getting healthier, losing weight, and gaining weight is not cookie cutter process. With our holistic approach we use real foods, real measurements, real habits, real plans designed with you specifically at the helm. Our program is a lifestyle and easy to follow with proven results.
Our bodies are designed to feel great and to operate at a high level. However, if we have been sick, if we have extra weight, have recently had surgery or are STRESSED, we are INFLAMMED!!! Stopping the cycle is what we are working towards. That starts with the 4 Pillars (nutrition, stress, lifestyle & digestion). We want to attack our inflammation in four ways without being on a drastic, low calories, no carbs, drive me insane diet. We want to feed our bodies and our minds through nutrition, movement, and overall healthy choices. It will not happen overnight, but we don’t want it to. If it happens fast, we tend to regress fast. Slow, forward motion. We lower inflammation through food choices, better digestion and processes, movement, reducing stress and our bodies begin to function better and as they should, making us feel better mentally, physically and emotionally.

There are so many FAD diets and plans out there, we avoid creating a “diet plan”
Instead we took what we call the 4 PILLARS and created a lifestyle plan.
It will become a way of life. We have seen results from clearer skin, lost inches, less bloating, and
overall mood improvement in as little as two weeks!

Let’s start with nutrition. We are not counting calories, carbs, or cutting out food. By doing that it creates additional stress. We start to focus on what we think we cannot have.

Juice Lemons and Limes and freeze them for a quick little added taste to your water.
Add herbs and water into ice trays, freeze and use in your recipes as you cook.
Blend unsweeted almond/coconut milk with that bag of spring mix that we always end up throwing away, freeze them and use them as protein shake bombs for quick adds.
